I had have order 1 phone from TELECOMMUNICATIONS SOLUTION LTD

Address: 16 HIGH STREET, SAFFRON WALDEN, ESSEX CB10 1AX, UNITED KINGDOM.

And the sale manager was: Andrew Walcott

Everything seems conveniences, and He said to me for the payment method:

“We will like to inform you that we will only accept payment through wire transfer and immediately your payment is confirmed we will proceed on shipping out your phone to your home address and it will be delivered either by DHL/UPS/FEDEX. But we want to inform you that you will have to make the payment upfront before the phone can be shipped out to your address”.

So I used Western Union to transfer the money to the sale manager.

And he said to me that send the money to his accountant and his name was: James Simpson

When the sale manager said to me that the money was delivery and they would try to send it as soon as possible.

10 hour later. They send the email to me and said:
“We are sorry to inform you that your order was held by customs officer during cross-examination process, instead of one units of the Apple Phone 3G 8GB that you ordered, the store-keeper made a mistake and packaged 6 units of Apple Phone 3G 8GB as we have appoint your Invoice Reference No:-LSLCA/2841/ 8161/07 and Batch No:- R4/A315/2-60 of the Apple Phone 3G 8GB to be just one unit ...

All payment are being paid by our financial controller, it was one unit of Apple Phone 3G 8GB that the financial paid to the customs and excise for clearance fee, the store-keeper said that he thought it was 6 units of Apple Phone 3G 8GB as it is tagged to your address, now the customs said that it was intentionally done by our company and we have been penalized to pay for our negligence which is(230USD),so we have to pay it for your order to be released to your address.”

So, it meant, I have to pay 230USD for their mistake. I felt something wrong on it. So I didn’t send the money to them. After many times send email to me and also chat via yahoo messenger to persuade me transfer 230 USD for them and customs in U.K would released the order.

I have already paid:

1 iPhone = 260 USD

Shipping cost = 30 USD

Transfer money via Western Union = 20 USD

Total: 310 USD

and now If i give them 230 USD more for their mistake, it will be 540USD.

I didn’t see the invoice from customs office and what happen if I give them 540 USD? So I requested for the invoice of customs office. A stop order paper unacceptable which send to my email by the sale manager

The sale manager said to me:

“PLEASE AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVED THE CONSIGNMENT,DO NOT HESITATE TO SEND US THE BALANCE SINCE THE MISTAKE HAS BEEN DONE.The total cost of the consignment that is coming to you is 1560USD,Apple Iphone 3G 8GB is for sale at 230USD so you are advice to make the payment of 230USD which will be paid to the customs for the release of your package of 6 units of Apple Iphone 3G 8GB , when you receive the 6 units, you can sell the 5 units and return the balance to us and we are not giving you specific time to pay up the balance since the mistake came from us”.

If I pay for 230USD, I would get 6 Units. 1 unit is mine, and 5 units that I can sell it and send him back the balance. If I have cupidity blood, I would pay 230USD for their mistake. And here is the stop order that the sale manager send to me:

I could make sure that I was cheated. And I call the customs in Vietnam to ask them how to solve the problem. And they thought that I was joked them. Because of the package can bring back the company and repackage them as client order. Or if serious it were, the company have to pay for their negligence. “And if you send them the money, they will request for more. And they will run away and you will loose the money……Nothing in your hands” customs officer said.

After all, I decided that wouldn’t send the money to them any more. And Telecommunication Solution Limited did the same what I thought. They disappear!!!!!!!! With no any email to say sorry.

I suppose that Telecommunication Solution Limited didn’t send any iPhone unit to customs office and just make a fake invoice of customs office.any way they want to get more money…..

So, dear all, be carefull with the advertising of Telecommunication Solution Limited.

They are bogus company and scam. Don’t be cheated like me
